This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with a strong main contractor background, capable of managing complex refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion. Key Responsibilities Oversee 1-3 refurbishment projects concurrently, depending on size and complexity, with a dedicated Project Manager assigned to each project.
