Senior Project Manager

to take responsibility for the leadership and management of volume installation / construction projects within the London territory.On a typical day you will:Define project objectives and manage installation projectsManage administrative and material tasksEnsure that the project runs on time and on budget, monitoring teams and /or subcontractorsWork closely with the project team to mitigate any safety, ethics and quality risksWork closely with local authorities on document submissions, site inspections for a smooth project completionEnsure customer satisfaction, engineering support and improved profitabilityWhat you will need to be successful (adjust for local regulations)You have experience with the elevator and building trades (is an advantage not a MUST)Safety is your top priorityYou have excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environmentYou are self-reliant, with strong computer and organizational skills and business acumenSeveral years in a corporate/consultative Project Manager roleWhat is in it for me?You will receive a long-term employment contract with the world market leader in a crisis-proof industry.
