Senior Project Manager - Birmingham - 1 day a week in office - Enterprise SaaS - £70,000 - £80,000The RoleAn established B2B SaaS software company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex enterprise software implementation programmes for global customers operating in highly regulated industries.Working with some of the world''s largest organisations, you''ll be responsible for delivering large-scale software implementation projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they''re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard. Typical implementation projects run between 5-8 months, with you''ll typically managing 2 concurrent programmes depending on project complexity and size.This is a highly client-facing role where you''ll become the trusted delivery lead for enterprise customers, confidently managing senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You''ll chair governance and steering committee meetings, own project plans, RAID logs, change control and resource planning, whilst ensuring budgets of £200,000 - £400,000 are effectively managed and commercial objectives are achieved.You''ll work closely with Implementation Consultants, Customer Success and technical teams to coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring projects remain on track whilst building long-term customer relationships that continue beyond implementation.This position requires someone with the confidence and gravitas to challenge clients ..... full job details .....
