Senior Project Manager (Operations) – We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager (Operations) to lead the logistics, technical planning, resourcing, and quoting that underpin the delivery of world-class live events. You will be the operational heartbeat of each project, owning schedules, coordinating people and kit, shaping technical plans, and producing accurate quotes and cost trackers, while ensuring a seamless client experience from concept to on-site execution and close-out.The Company:

As Senior Project Manager (Operations), you will plan and deliver complex live events end-to-end. Your focus will be on building robust operational plans (people, vehicles, equipment), translating creative and technical requirements into executable schedules, allocating resources, producing quotes and budgets, and maintaining rigorous cost and risk control. You will coordinate suppliers and venues, provide clear internal communications and updates, and deliver a calm, solutions-focused presence on-site.Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate technical quotes and POs; track costs pre, during and post-event; reconcile job costs and deliver margin-aware decision making; report variances and value-engineer where needed.Translate creative and technical intent into actionable plans and documentation; coordinate with Technical Production and other 21CC group companies where applicable; oversee drawings, specs and method statements; ensure HandS, risk and compliance requirements are met.Procure, negotiate and Quality Assure third-party suppliers; ensure service levels, deliverables and SLAs are met; manage notifications and permits as required.Source and schedule internal crew and trusted freelancers; confirm roles, timings and briefings; manage supplier allocations for equipment and services; maintain accurate resourcing in CRM/PM tools.Book vehicles, manage fleet and transport logistics; coordinate travel and accommodation; ensure correct kit and people are in the right place at the right time.Act as a confident point of contact for clients, venues and partners.Complete cost reconciliations, debriefs and performance reports; log improvements into templates and systems.Your Expertise
Proven track record delivering large-scale live events with ownership of logistics, technical planning, resourcing and quoting.Strong technical knowledge across lighting, sound, video, staging and power.Advanced scheduling, budgeting and cost-tracking skills; comfortable with POs, reconciliations and margin management.High level of organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under time pressure.Fluent with production and planning tools (e.g., Vectorworks/AutoCAD) and with CRM/PM systems for resourcing and job records.Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence; confident leading meetings and issuing concise updates.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends during live events as required.The Ideal Candidate
