GGPPurpose of the Position:This role will be responsible for the delivery of all projects within the GGP Business Unit, focusing on safety, efficiency, and high standards of quality and safety, within budget and schedule constraints. The ideal candidate will maximize productivity, control costs, and maintain effective communication to foster trust with customers.This position reports directly to the Business Unit General Manager.Responsibilities and Duties:Provide clear direction and support, ensuring optimal utilization of resources through improved work programming and scheduling.Commit to continuous improvement via innovation and best practices.Deliver work in line with safety and quality standards.Ensure tendered margins are maintained.Submit claims to maximize cash flow.Manage and motivate employees and subcontractors, addressing poor performance appropriately.Manage cost budgets related to the project site.Prepare outputs for periodic review with customers as directed.Maximize productivity, size work teams appropriately, and plan and execute work effectively.Handle human resources issues professionally at the site level.Provide financial and progress reports as directed by the Finance Department.Interact courteously and professionally with customers when necessary.Deliver KPIs such as safety audits, product profit margins, operating costs, cash flow, and attendance levels.Act as a role model for Omexom company values.Governance:Interfaces with key stakeholders:Project ManagersHR TeamBusiness Unit General ManagerClients and customersTeam membersPerson SpecificationQualifications and experience:Proven managerial experience with the ability to execute critical tasks in real-time.Experience managing budgets.Ability to plan works efficiently.Ability to manage and motivate industrial staff.Customer-focused decision-making skills.Strong financial performance delivery in contracting environments.Understanding of quality and safety management.Experience meeting targets in commercial settings.Ability to execute tasks efficiently at a detailed level.Personal qualities include integrity, resilience, and robustness to operate in a fast-changing contracting environment.ValuesThe candidate should embody Omexom’s values:Team Spirit and Generosity:
