At Cavendish Nuclear, we’re working to create a safe and secure world. Join us as a Senior Project Manager to manage complex nuclear defence projects.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of project delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints
Establishing governance arrangements with clear roles and responsibilities
Driving performance through employee engagement, continuous improvement, and technology adoption
Leading health, safety, security, environment, and quality initiatives
Controlling finances to drive project performance
This is a full-time, permanent role with a 37-hour workweek, offering hybrid working with 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days remote.
Essential experience:
Relevant senior project management experience
Extensive experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Knowledge of contracting methodologies (e.g., FIDIC, NEC3, NEC4, JCT)
Full project lifecycle experience from bid to closeout
Qualifications:We value diverse backgrounds. Relevant experience is more important than specific education credentials.
Security Clearance:The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain BPSS security clearance.
