Senior Project Manager – Cladding Remediation

We are working with a well-established construction business that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex high-rise cladding and fa-ade remediation projects.

This is a senior opportunity for someone with a strong background in delivering complex remediation schemes and a thorough understanding of the increasingly important building safety and regulatory requirements surrounding higher-risk buildings.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the successful delivery of their projects, working closely with the wider delivery team to ensure they are completed safely, compliantly and to programme.

As Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Take responsibility for the delivery of high-rise cladding and fa-ade remediation projects
• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders
• Oversee remediation works on buildings above 18 metres
• Support the preparation and submission of BSR applications
• Understand and implement the requirements of the Golden Thread
• Support projects through the relevant Gateway processes
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, safety and compliance requirements
• Manage key commercial and operational aspects of the projects alongside the wider team

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Experience as a Senior Project Manager or an experienced Project Manager ready to step up
• A proven track record of successfully delivering cladding and fa-ade remediation projects
• Experience managing remediation works on buildings above 18 metres
• A strong understanding of the Building Safety Regulator and Gateway process
• Experience supporting BSR applications
• A thorough understanding of the Golden Thread and how it should be implemented
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
