This key role involves managing a complex infrastructure programme, encompassing tenders, Development Consent Order (DCO) processes, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phases, and the design, preconstruction, and construction of heavy civil engineering works, including tunnelling and multi-utility schemes. The successful applicant will work closely with the operational team to deliver projects safely and effectively, ensuring customer requirements and expectations are always met or exceeded.
