Senior Project Manager

Our client, a prominent organisation within the Defence and Security sector, is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in Hampshire. Key Responsibilities:Delivering high-value or complex projects (approximately 5m per annum)Building and maintaining positive engagement with customers, partners, and suppliersMaintaining accurate delivery forecasts and expectationsDefining and managing project budgets, reporting performance against cost plansOverseeing project documentation including bids, proposals, and third-party materialsApplying robust risk management strategiesEnsuring safe, secure, and high-quality delivery across all project activitiesJob Requirements:Essential Experience:Delivery of projects to multiple customersExperience managing construction or refurbishment projects following RIBA stagesStrong knowledge of Building Regulations, JSP standards, environmental legislation, and ecological regulationsWorking knowledge of NEC, JCT, and RIBA contract typesExtensive understanding of CDM Regulations, having acted as the client or equivalentBroad knowledge of civil engineering, infrastructure, and building worksEssential Qualifications:Demonstrable capability to IPMA Level BRecognised PM qualification (e.g., APM PPQ, Prince2)Benefits:Matched contribution pension scheme with life assuranceGenerous holiday allowance, with option to buy moreOptional Health Cash Plan, Private Medical Insurance, and Dental InsuranceEmployee discount ..... full job details .....
