Senior Project Manager (MandE) - Bristol 75,000 - 85,000 + Car Permanent Full-time Our client is a leading building services provider with over 45 years of industry experience, delivering mechanical and electrical solutions across data centres, industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, energy and infrastructure sectors. From design through installation, commissioning and maintenance, they have a proven track record of large-scale delivery across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (MandE) to lead the delivery of large-scale mechanical and electrical projects in Bristol - taking responsibility for all MandE aspects of delivery and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality. What You''ll Be Doing Leading the planning, coordination and delivery of all mechanical and electrical works from start-up through to completion and handover Managing programmes, resources, labour and budgets to hit delivery targets Coordinating technical submittals and ensuring documentation is reviewed and approved in line with project requirements Monitoring progress, producing weekly reports and managing variations, changes and risk Liaising with main contractors, clients and site teams to keep communication clear and resolve issues Overseeing procurement, scheduling and delivery of plant, equipment and materials Developing and managing construction and commissioning ..... full job details .....
