With a turnover of over £200 million, one of UK''S leading Fit-out/Refurbishment Contractors is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Project Director to join their growing team. This Main Contractor is looking for a No.1 Senior Project Manager who can lead the team and deliver the project to the client''s requirements and expectations on a 2 Stage tender basis on projects ranging between £70- £150 million. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 -10 years\'' experience within Fit out/ Cut and Carve Refurbishment on a fast track basis.

Responsibilities

Pre construction

Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build

Site set up and strategy including logistics

Planning

Running the job as a number 1

Daily site management and Progress reporting weekly

Check contractors RAMS for approval, Tickets records and allocate inductions.

Costing, Budgeting

Check and Approve Benchmarks from contractors

Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to

Client liaison

Reporting into the Contracts Manager

Aftercare

Finish with attention to budgets

QualificationsIdeal candidate must have previous experience running his own Projects within fast track fit out,Cutand Carve/Refurbishment, must be ambitious, dynamic and client facing, must be able to travel to and fro site. Ideal candidate must have CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and FIRST Aid Site certifications.
