We9re looking for an experienced

Senior Project Manager

to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of engineering and technology projects in a fast-moving scale-up environment. This is a high-impact role where you9ll oversee programmes from bid stage through to delivery, ensuring that outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.The position is suited to someone who thrives under pressure, is commercially astute, and brings both structure and adaptability to a growing organisation. You9ll work directly with senior leaders, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and internal technical teams, acting as the key driver for project success.Responsibilities

Leading multiple projects (4–8 at a time) at various stages of development and deliveryOwning the full project lifecycle, from bid management through production handoverEstablishing clear priorities and providing regular progress updates to the COO and senior leadershipDriving quality standards across APQP and Six Sigma processesManaging budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting (Earned Value and Present Value)Identifying risks early, mitigating effectively, and adapting plans where necessaryCoaching and motivating project teams while ensuring resources are allocated effectivelyBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customersAbout You

Proven background in senior project management or programme management (5+ years)Track record of delivering technically focused projects end-to-end, on time and within budgetExperience in the technology/engineering sector, ideally within a scale-up businessConfident working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, with an understanding of their standards and processesSkilled in both agile and traditional methodologies, with gated development expertiseFamiliarity with Shipley Bid Process (or similar) and structured bid managementExceptional financial acumen with experience in cost control, estimation, and forecastingStrong technical awareness and proficiency with project management software (Jira, Trello, MS Project)A driven, resilient, and detail-oriented leader who can inspire teams and constructively challenge where necessaryQualifications

Degree in Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)Project management certification highly desirable (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM)Demonstrated application of APQPWhy Join
