Propsource Consulting is working with a well-known, global multidisciplinary consultancy that is currently seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager to join their team in their Manchester office.Working within their Project and Development Services team, you’ll partner closely with directors and other team members to provide professional advice to clients across a diverse range of private sector residential and commercial projects.As a Project Manager you will lead on the following:Managing construction projects from inception, including development planning, budgeting and contractor procurement, through to completion of the construction phaseOverseeing day-to-day delivery, acting as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractorsManaging tasks and deliverables alongside the client and wider project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the projectsAssist in managing the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic key performance indicators (KPIs)Ensuring the project complies with applicable statutory and regulatory legislationHealth and Safety complianceEnsuring projects are delivered to agreed quality standards, with a strong focus on client satisfactionIdeal CandidateBachelor’s degree or equivalentMRICS desired but not essentialDemonstrated ability to deliver a completed projectCan come from a Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying backgroundStrong leadership and commercial skillsPersonality-wise, you’ll thrive in a proactive, sociable, and ambitious team environmentCompetitive base salary and holiday allowanceDiscretionary bonusUp to 8% matched pension contributionHybrid role offering 2–3 days per week working from homeCommitment to personal and learning developmentPrivate medical careA strong team culture with regular socials and a collaborative atmosphereIf you believe you have the skills and experience, and want to join a thriving and ambitious place to work I’d love to hear from you!
