Cumming Group , in the role of Senior Project Manager in our Birmingham Office.The role of a Senior Project Manager includes the following responsibilities:Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious project deliveryMonitor project progress and adapt plans as neededIdentify and mitigate project risks effectivelyCommunicate clearly with stakeholders through reporting and regular updatesEnsure compliance with quality standards and client expectationsKey Attributes:The ability to –To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstancesTo carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and proceduresTake personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality StandardsDevelop relationships with clients, consultants and contractors to grow and developManage the delivery of key schemes in the Birmingham/Stoke office, as part of a team with senior team membersQualifications / Skills:Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within civil engineering, ideally in development-led projectsStrong understanding of civil engineering design, remediation, infrastructure, drainage, and cut and fillFamiliarity with current CE processes, materials, and regulationsExcellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetCumming Europe Ltd
