Senior Project Manager

We are partnering with one of the UK s leading contracting groups, delivering major infrastructure projects across the power, water, rail, and highways sectors. Following the recent award of an significant £80M+ contract, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role on this landmark civil engineering scheme. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will lead the successful delivery of a complex, multi-disciplinary project. Key Responsibilities Lead early-stage stakeholder engagement with clients, consultants, and key partners Oversee design development, programme planning, and budget control Ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of project milestones Manage large, multidisciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, and electrical works Maintain high standards within a safety-critical environment Requirements Proven experience delivering major civil engineering projects in a Project Management role Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Commercially astute with a solid understanding of project financials In-depth knowledge of NEC forms of contract Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale works and teams What s on Offer Excellent salary and benefits package, including bonus Opportunity to work on a high-profile, technically challenging project Long-term regional pipeline, offering continuity of work in West Wales for up to 5 years ..... full job details .....
