Your new companyA well-established and highly respected civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join its operational leadership team. The business has a strong reputation for delivering major infrastructure and civil engineering projects throughout the North West and continues to secure a healthy pipeline of work across highways, utilities and complex infrastructure sectors.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to take ownership of a significant infrastructure scheme valued in excess of 20m, whilst playing a key role in the ongoing growth of the business.Your new roleAs Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project, leading site operations from planning through to completion.You will manage multidisciplinary delivery teams, coordinate stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the delivery of a major civil engineering project valued at 20m+Managing project teams including Site Managers, Engineers and SupervisorsOverseeing earthworks, structures, reinforced concrete works and deep drainage packagesManaging Section 278 and Section 38 highway worksCoordinating utility diversions and new utility installationsManaging works associated with Section 104 and Section 106 drainage agreementsProducing and reviewing ..... full job details .....
