Senior Project Manager - HVAC

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - HVAC Location: UK-wide / Project-basedReporting to: Installation Department Manager The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the successful delivery of HVAC installation projects across a varied portfolio of retail stores and commercial premises. This is a senior, hands-on project management role offering the opportunity to take projects from initial enquiry and tender through to design, procurement, installation, commissioning and final handover. You will have genuine ownership of your projects, working closely with clients, main contractors, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and to a consistently high standard. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness, leadership skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach. What You''ll Be Responsible For You will have end-to-end responsibility for your projects, including: Tendering and pre-construction - supporting initial enquiries, reviewing requirements, preparing and submitting tenders and identifying project risks and opportunities. Project Planning and Mobilisation - developing delivery strategies, programmes and mobilisation plans.
