Apply project management frameworks (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2) and ensure strong governance. Manage project resources (team members, analysts, contractors) and oversee delivery. Lead stakeholder engagement, including internal teams, senior leaders, and external partners. Monitor budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring projects stay on track. Produce reports, business cases, and performance updates for senior stakeholders Track and deliver benefits, savings, and return on investment (ROI).
