Senior Project Manager

Our client is a developer/contractor undertaking new build residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager / Project Lead to delivery a 120 unit scheme in Hounslow, West London.-

The position will report into the Construction-Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading residential schemes in excess of 80 units. It is essential you have previously worked for a well-known contractor or developer.-

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between -100k - -110k + full package & bonus.
