You will take full responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams, you will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle while supporting business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead façade and cladding projects from pre-construction to handover. Manage project teams, subcontractors and consultants. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Oversee project planning, procurement, commercial performance and programme delivery. Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, CDM, the Building Safety Act and company procedures.
