INTRODUCTION
Our client is an award-winning and innovative leader in the design and delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency solutions.  Due to exciting continued growth, they now require and additional Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a high value public sector retrofit partnership.
  
LOCATION
London (Home-based and remote role, occasional travel in London)
Based within the M25.
  
THE JOB ROLE
The Senior Project Manager role is a pivotal commercial position in the effective delivery of contract retrofit services (solar PV, heat pumps, boiler upgrades, insulation etc.). The role is diverse and includes responsibility for:

• Delivery of £multi-million retrofit upgrade and contracting services to private sector properties across London.
• Ensuring all contract and SLA requirements are met or exceeded.
• Effective commercial and financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across large-scale complex retrofit installation activities.
• Management of key stakeholder relationships across the client and sub-contractor partnerships.
• A goal-oriented approach that enables our client to effectively position itself for additional future major contract works.

THE PERSON NEEDED
For the Senior Project Manager role, our client is looking for experience within the building industry and:

• Prior experience of operational leadership and financial management of large-scale complex installation projects in the construction industry (E.g. as a Project Manager or Contract Manager or Contracts Manager).
• Prior experience partnering with local authorities, government or public sector bodies or frameworks to deliver complex works.
• At least some exposure to a working in a relevant sector i.e. retrofit, renewable energy, solar PV, heat pumps, boiler upgrades, insulation etc.
• Strong commercial, operational and planning skills.
• A desire to grow your career within an ambitious growing company.

THE REWARDS
£65-75K Basic (doe) +Bonus
