THE JOB ROLE The Senior Project Manager role is a pivotal commercial position in the effective delivery of contract retrofit services (solar PV, heat pumps, boiler upgrades, insulation etc.). The role is diverse and includes responsibility for: Delivery of £multi-million retrofit upgrade and contracting services to private sector properties across London. Ensuring all contract and SLA requirements are met or exceeded. Effective commercial and financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across large-scale complex retrofit installation activities. Management of key stakeholder relationships across the client and sub-contractor partnerships.
