The key part of the role would be to co-ordinate and help write the contract for the new 3rd Stream on site.Key Requirements

Excellent understanding of the NEC4 ContractAble to coordinate with other Project Managers working on the project.Work with the other project managers to accurately forecast spend on a monthly basis and align with the outturn cost.Attend and lead risk workshops / meetingsAttend and lead Programme workshops / meetings.Work with the contractors on the ECI phase to facilitate enable works being carried out and development of the target price.Who we are
