Exciting Senior Project Manager opportunity, winning and delivering key projects for a leading Tier 1 Fit-Out and refurbishment company. About the role of Senior Project Manager:Working on Commercial Office Fit-Out projects valued at 5 - 10 million, with a focus on CAT B and cut and carve across central London. Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager:Playing an active part in tendering and winning work Focusing on Design, Delivery and running an effective programme.Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completionRequirements for Senior Project Manager:Experience winning key projects and running them from cradle to grave Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor Specific CAT-B Commercial Fit-Out experience Comfortable leading tenders or supporting a Project Director in tender delivery What we offer for Senior Project Manager:Full autonomy to present ideas to directors / the board and make key decisions A company who cares about employee progression with over 20 promotions last year!
