      <description>Location: City of London | Salary: &amp;pound;110000 - &amp;pound;130000/annum | Type: Permanent | Senior Project Manager   I am currently working with a strong Tier One Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager, to oversee a large Commercial new build scheme in Central London. This is a great opportunity to join a solid and stable company, working as a Construction Lead on site, reporting into a PM. Our client is looking for someone with experience leading projects of -50 million+ from site set up to handover..      Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager    Working on a flagship project for a tier one Main Contractor.  Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.  Oversee the scheme as construction lead.       Requirements for Senior Project Manager    Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.  Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.  Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress.</description>
