This is a high-profile role for someone who is a strong operational leader , capable of taking ownership of complex programmes and driving delivery across multiple years. The role involves managing a major client relationship, so senior stakeholder management, commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted client relationships are all critical. The programme is focused on traditional-build residential property upgrades and wider improvements to the existing housing stock , so experience delivering refurbishment, planned works, property improvement or similar residential upgrade programmes is particularly relevant.
