I am currently working with a strong Tier One Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for Senior Project Manager, to oversee large new build school around Norwich as no1, from planning to handover. This is a great opportunity to join a solid and stable company, with great opportunities of progression into PD type roles.

Our client is looking for someone with experience leading education projects of -15+ million from site set up to handover.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager

• Leading on a flagship project for a tier one Main Contractor.
• Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
• Oversee schemes as No1 - managing the whole build process from start to finish.

Requirements for Senior Project Manager

• Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
• Ideally but not essential, previous experience overseeing a new build school.
• Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.
• Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress.
