A Director-led consultancy near Cambridge is searching for an experienced, client-facing Senior Project Manager with consultancy experience to lead the delivery of their projects in the Residential, Later Living and Healthcare sectors.The Company

The Senior Project Manager will join a close-knit consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering schemes in the Residential, Later Living and Healthcare sectors. The role involves running a driven team and managing projects from inception to completion, including new build, refurbishments and extensions with contract values up to £20m.The Senior Project Manager role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects from start to finish. They will collaborate closely with a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to ensure projects stay on track for completion. They will report project updates to the Associate Director, Project Director and stakeholders.Responsibilities

Work closely with the Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completionSupport the Assistant and Project Managers with challenges during project lifecyclesReport to the Associate Director and Project Director on a weekly basis with project progressRun complex projects simultaneouslyAttend regular meetings with clients to discuss project progressEnsure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsQualifications and experience

Previous experience working for a construction consultancyKnowledge of Residential, Healthcare or Later Living sectors is idealMRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferredA relevant BSc/MSc in Construction or related field would be idealCommutable to CambridgeAbility to manage schemes simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered
