Senior Project Manager

Previous BEMS experience is required

This role plays an integral part in providing a professional and quality service to customers and the successful delivery of all Eon Control Solutions project works, ensuring a professional and first-class service to internal stakeholders and customers alike. The role involves delivering projects on time and on budget while promoting quality and observing the Eon Control Solutions HandS policy.

Full cost management of allocated projectsAdhere to all company ISO, HandS procedures and policiesEnsure compliance with HandS and CDM requirements, including documentationAttend site progress meetings and produce weekly reportsManage project variations and interim paymentsSupport final account agreements with regional or commercial managersMaintain up-to-date ECS project filesCoordinate with estimating/sales teams at technical and commercial levelsAttend project handover meetingsCreate and manage project programsPrepare monthly revenue forecasts and C2C reportsMaintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfactionProcure control items and size control valvesApprove control panel drawings and designsForecast labor and manage project resources, including design and deliveryManage subcontractors and evaluate their performanceEnsure operatives are trained appropriatelyCarry out project design, including technical submissions and external design reviewsAdditional Responsibilities

Prepare OandM manuals, commissioning/witnessing packs, and store all documentation upon project completionAttend training courses and meetings as requiredEnsure adherence to ECS method statements and risk assessments, updating as neededPerform any other duties as deemed necessary by managementKPIs
