Energy Job Search .Our client, a global agricultural company, is embarking on a major transformation at their Huddersfield site and needs an experienced leader to take the reins.This senior role will drive change across three critical areas:Products and AssetsService and InfrastructureOrganisational StructureYou’ll establish and oversee the PMO, manage stakeholder engagement at the highest levels, and lead the delivery of a complex programme with lasting impact.Responsibilities

Establish and oversee the PMO and governance structures for the transformation programme.Manage high-level stakeholder engagement and alignment across the organisation.Lead delivery of a complex transformation programme with lasting impact across products, services, and structure.Requirements / Qualifications

Proven success in transformation and restructuring projects.Strong PMO governance and financial management skills.Ability to influence, negotiate, and lead through change.Demonstrated experience in workforce restructuring projects, including significant headcount reductions and reset.Experience supporting formal consultation processes with trade unions and employee representatives.Experience developing and implementing project governance frameworks to ensure delivery against timescales and budgets.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to navigate challenging situations.Deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity to facilitate a significant transformation programme with lasting impact.
