Senior Project Manager / Employer's Agent

I''m working with a well-established construction and property consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Employer''s Agent to join its growing London team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced PM/EA to take ownership of major residential-led developments, working closely with clients from project inception through to completion.


Key responsibilities include:

• Manage residential development projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Delivering Employer''s Agent and Contract Administration services
• Chair client, design team and project meetings
• Administer JCT contracts and development agreements
• Manage project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts
• Identify and mitigate project risk
• Mentor junior surveyors and support APC development

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential developments
• Employer''s Agent experience (ideal)
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with JCT contracts
• Excellent technical and commercial awareness
• MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
