Senior Project Manager - Developer

Built Alliance are working with one of the UK s leading regeneration and placemaking developer to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of one-of-a-kind regeneration schemes across the North West of England. These are not your typical developments. They are long-term, large-scale projects designed to fundamentally transform towns, city centres and communities, creating places with lasting social, economic and environmental impact which hasn t been seen before. You will play a key role in leading complex mixed-use developments from early-stage planning and design through construction and completion. The role will involve taking ownership of programme, risk, quality and delivery strategy, working closely with internal development teams and a wide range of external stakeholders including local authorities, public sector partners, consultants and contractors. You will be responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams, supporting procurement and contractor engagement, managing delivery risks, and ensuring projects are aligned with wider placemaking, sustainability and social value objectives. Strong stakeholder management will be essential, particularly where schemes are delivered in partnership with local authorities or joint venture partners.
