Senior Project Manager - Fire Systems
Location: Gillingham, Kent
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Company Car
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

The Role
We''re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex fire system projects from start to finish. This is a high-impact role where you''ll lead teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and deliver projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

What you''ll be doing:

• Lead projects from feasibility and planning through to delivery and post-project review
• Manage budgets, margins, cost-to-complete reporting, and final accounts
• Oversee day-to-day delivery, ensuring projects run on time and to specification
• Identify and mitigate risks, managing client and stakeholder expectations
• Mentor junior colleagues and support the development of the wider team
• Uphold Health & Safety and compliance standards across all projects

What we''re looking for:

• Proven project management experience within the fire industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial control and commercial reporting
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations (desirable)
• Technical understanding of fire systems and industry compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
