Senior Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of a student accommodation project currently in the gateway stage
• Oversee key construction elements including brickwork fa-ade and basement units
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works progress in line with programme milestones
• Work closely with the site team and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor quality, health & safety, and programme performance throughout the project

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working as a Project Manager on residential or student accommodation schemes
• Strong technical understanding of brickwork fa-ade packages and basement construction
• Experience delivering projects from early stages through to completion
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple workstreams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
