We are partnering with a leading contractor specialising in high-end fit-out and bespoke joinery projects, seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Operations Land team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and deliver outstanding results for prestigious clients.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all project resources to ensure schemes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead the project team, manage client relationships, and oversee all aspects of project delivery from planning to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress and proactively addressing delays to ensure milestones are achieved.

  • Manage project budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities to maximise value and control costs.

  • Maintain quality and compliance, implementing Control Quality Plans, ITPs, risk assessments, and safety procedures.

  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, embedding a high-performance culture, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring clear communication.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Oversee all site operations, including staff, labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors.

  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, environmental, health, and safety requirements, and company operational procedures.

  • Support bid and tender processes as required.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Extensive project management experience on new build and fit-out projects.

  • Relevant third-level qualification or demonstrable experience in a similar Project Management role.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Experience working with principal contractors under CDM regulations.

  • Commercially aware with strong cost control and IT skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain successful client relationships.

  • Capability to plan and organise workloads to meet project milestones.

Preferred:

  • Trades or joinery background with extensive management experience.

  • CSCS/CSR Managers Card (or equivalent).
