An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading Independent Connection Provider currently executing some of the most exclusive and high-profile projects in the UK across substations and utility-scale Solar & BESS. This is a company on a mission to secure the majority of the market share in this sector within the next few years, with an order book already filled until 2029, they are in a prime position to do so. Your Role as a Senior Project Manager will Include:

* Overseeing the delivery of complex ICP projects in substations and utility-scale solar & BESS
* Managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships to ensure projects exceed expectations
* Leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams to deliver industry-leading results
* Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and safety across all project phases

The successful Senior Project Manager will need:

* Proven experience delivering large-scale ICP or high-voltage infrastructure projects
* Strong track record in substations, solar, BESS, or utility-scale renewables
* Exceptional leadership skills and a track record of driving projects to successful completion
* A forward-thinking, ambitious approach with a desire to progress to the highest levels
