Senior Project Manager

One of the UK’s leading Property Consultancies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a diverse range of high-profile projects across London, spanning all property sectors including Residential, Commercial, Retail, and Mixed-Use developments.

They are currently delivering some of London’s most complex and prestigious projects, from major regeneration programmes to landmark commercial, residential, and mixed-use schemes. THE POSITION
The role is for a Senior Project Manager to take a leading role in the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion and final account. You will manage multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams, oversee budgets and programmes, lead client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest professional standards. The role offers significant autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to business development and team growth.

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a relevant degree and be Chartered or nearing Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent)

• Have proven experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a consultancy or property environment

• Demonstrate strong experience delivering projects across Residential, Commercial, Retail, or Mixed-Use sectors

• Be confident leading projects from inception through delivery and close-out

• Possess excellent client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Be commercially aware, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

• Show an interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the wider business
