They are now seeking a confident and experienced-Project Manager / Senior Project Manager-with consultancy experience, ideally with a background in residential projects.

About The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Take ownership of projects through the full lifecycle, from inception to completion.

• Act as Contract Administrator, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

• Manage projects across multiple sectors, including prestigious new wins.

• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills when working with clients and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven consultancy-side Project Management experience.

• Experience delivering residential projects.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.

• Must live within a-45-minute commute-of the office (candidates outside this radius will not be considered).

• Salary: Around -50,000+ (dependent on experience).
