Our client is an award-winning business whose inception started in the 1980s. Our client is adding a Senior Project Manager to its established team, seeking work experience and knowledge with Commercial Catering Equipment or Hotel, Retail Hospitality Restaurant, Bars or Eatery Fit-Outs.
The right Senior Project Manager will play an integral part in leading, delivering our client projects in Greater London, Surrey, Kent, Hertfordshire and Essex.
As a company, we provide full turnkey solutions for our clients, so you’ll need to be confident in managing a complex programme of work, including the main commercial kitchen installations, bars or eatery installation, and fit-outs, ie M&E, walls, floors, ceilings and building works, as well as the contractors involved in delivering these.
Projects can range in value from £100k to £3 million; therefore, you could be delivering multiple projects at once or working on a single large-scale project for an extended period.
You will be confident in preparing the initial works programme, RAMS, handling variations, overseeing Operations & Maintenance manuals, signing off final accounts, and communicating with various hospitality stakeholders from all managers.
You will also be supported by an award-winning design, sales, and marketing team, so you can focus on your role delivering some of the UK’s most desirable and efficient projects for some of the UK’s most famous venues and hospitality groups.
Key responsibilities: Senior Project Manager
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to keep the project within financial constraints.
- Team Coordination and Supervision: Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and site workers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee all construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
