Senior Project Manager (Pre-Construction) Location: Central London Salary: £95,000 DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package THE OPPORTUNITY CPXR is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager (Pre-Construction) to join a well-established construction contractor based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pre-construction professional with a background in construction, refurbishment, or fit-out who is looking to play a key role in securing and delivering major projects. The role will involve overseeing the entire pre-construction process, developing winning tender strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring projects are commercially sound before they move into delivery. THE ROLE Take ownership of projects throughout the complete pre-construction phase, from initial enquiry through to handover. Manage first and second-stage tender submissions, including PCSA negotiations. Develop bid strategies and coordinate planning, estimating, design, and MEP functions. Build strong relationships with clients and lead commercial discussions throughout the bidding process. Monitor and mitigate project risks to achieve commercially successful outcomes.
