SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / CONSTRUCTION LEAD - YORKWe have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Construction Lead to take a leading role on one of the country s most exciting heritage-led residential projects in York.This is a full-time, site-based role in York for someone who''s strong on construction delivery, programme, quality and people leadership and who wants to take real ownership of a complex, high-profile development.We are looking for someone with: Strong residential construction experience at Senior Site Manager, Project Manager or Contracts Manager levelA background working for a housebuilder or property developer, rather than purely a main contractorProven experience leading site teams and driving programme, quality and deliveryStrong control of subcontractors, sequencing, buildability and day-to-day construction issuesThe ability to work closely with Technical and Commercial teams and ensure information and decisions are driven through quicklyHigh standards of communication, accountability and site leadershipA real focus on getting things right first time Experience of heritage, conversion or technically complex residential schemes would be a real advantage, but it is not essential.
