– Edinburgh – 55,000 - 65,000We have an opportunity to join a nationwide construction consultancy who are looking for a Senior Project Manager within their city centre Edinburgh office. The successful candidate will join their dynamic and highly successful team to work on a wide range of exciting projects throughout Scotland. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work with, but not limited to, Commercial, Education, Student Accommodation, Mixed Use, Local Authority and Residential projects.Responsibilities

Previous experience within a construction consultancy is essentialMRICS/MCIOB/MAPM AccreditedStrong business acumenPre-contract experience would be beneficialFull Driving LicenseSolid technical delivery experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA comprehensive knowledge of NEC3 and 4 building contractsOn offer

This position offers a fiercely competitive market salary of between 55,000 - 65,000 which can be negotiated depending on experience, project exposure, fantastic opportunity for career progression plus a comprehensive benefits package including car allowance.What happens next?
