Senior Project Manager

Conrad Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading independent construction consultancy seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or an ambitious Associate Director to join its expanding London team.

This is an excellent opportunity to deliver prestigious luxury hotel and high-end commercial office fit-out projects across London, working with some of the industry's most recognised clients and design teams.

You'll take ownership of complex fit-out schemes from inception through to completion, leading project teams, managing client relationships and ensuring successful delivery on programme, budget and quality.

• Experience delivering luxury hotel or commercial office fit-out projects.
• Strong project management skills within a consultancy environment.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Motivated, commercially aware and keen to progress your career.
• MRICS, MAPM or equivalent qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

• Salary of £65,000 - £85,000
