client-side Senior Project Manager role for an organisation in the heart of Glasgow city centre.You’ll have the chance to influence a wide-ranging portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement, redevelopment, repurposing and new build. This isn’t just about delivering projects, it’s about making a strategic impact while leading a professional team, ensuring safe practices, and championing innovation across the board.About the roleLeading a team of professional and technical staff, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.Managing the Capital Plan and delivering capital projects that enhance the portfolio.Overseeing procurement, supply chain management, resourcing, and cost control.Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including CDM, HASWA, DDA, Asbestos, and Legionella.Providing professional advice and credible reports to senior stakeholders.Qualifications and ExperienceProfessional membership (RICS, RIAS, RIBA, APM, CIOB or similar).Strong track record in delivering construction projects to programme, budget, and quality.Experience managing capital plans and supply chains.Knowledge of public sector procurement routes and planning tools (MS Project or similar).Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage multi-disciplinary teams.Commercial awareness, political understanding, and the confidence to contribute at senior level.Full driving licence.In returnCompetitive salary with progression and annual increases.Hybrid working - 3 days from home, 2 in the office37 days annual leaveNon-standard working allowance.The chance to work on a diverse and challenging portfolio that makes a real difference.A supportive environment that values professional development and continuous learning.For more information, call Lewis Potter or apply with your ..... full job details .....
