Senior Project Manager

Our client is a leading international consultancy delivering some of the world''s most impactful project and programmes across real estate, infrastructure and energy.

Due to an increase in their work load our client is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their team based in either Leeds or Manchester.

The successful candidate will be working on a diverse, exciting workload will centre on commissions, valued between andpound;0.5m and andpound;20m+ in the Development, Property, Defence, Education or Central or Local Government Sectors based within the North Region and Nationally. With specialist training andamp; development programmes you''ll keep progressing your career in line with your ambitions.

Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

- A relevant construction qualification and/or working towards professional membership of a recognized institution, such as APM, CIOB or RICS.
- Experience in pre or post contract project management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
- Knowledge of both public and private sector clients.
- Previous experience working either for another consultancy or within a client-side role is desirable.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has ideally gained some previous experience working on defence projects or within the pubic sector. You will have already been security cleared or be confident to pass this.
