Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering
Location: Site-Based - Suffolk

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major earthworks and drainage packages on large-scale civil engineering projects. This is a site-based leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of works, while maintaining programme, commercial and operational performance.
 
Key Responsibilities
·Lead the delivery of earthworks, groundworks and drainage packages.
·Manage Site Managers, Site Agents, Engineers and Supervisors across multiple work fronts.
·Drive programme performance, productivity and quality on site.
·Manage NEC contracts, including Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
·Work closely with commercial and planning teams to manage costs, programme and project risks.
·Oversee subcontractor performance and supply chain coordination.
·Champion health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
·Build strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
 
Requirements
·Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
·Strong background in earthworks, bulk excavation, groundworks and drainage.
·Experience delivering projects under NEC contracts.
·Excellent leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
·Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
·SMSTS and CSCS Black Card.
