As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring they are completed within the agreed scope, time, and cost. You will play a crucial role in planning, progress reporting, budget management, quality assurance, risk management, and stage gates.Key Responsibilities
Lead medium-sized to large projects, ensuring all deliverables are met.Plan and follow up on deliverables, quality, budget, and risk management.Define project team composition with Line Managers.Manage and engage a cross-functional project team.Support line managers in identifying opportunities for competence development.Coach and guide Project Managers and team members.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.Close projects with required documentation and shared learnings.Lead by example, fostering innovation and excellence across our global organization.What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.Certified Project Manager – PMP or equivalent.Mastery of modern project management methods and tools.Ability to manage large multi-discipline projects spanning several years.Proven track record of successful project execution.Experience in a regulated industry.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Personal Qualities
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with team, stakeholders, and management.High sense of urgency, perseverance, and flexibility.Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution skills.Passion for the healthcare industry.Why Join Arjo?
