Senior Project Manager Fire Safety WorksLocation: London and surrounding areas Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Negotiable depending on experienceWe are recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 5 10 live fire safety projects at a time across multiple social housing contracts.The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for project delivery, supporting site teams and ensuring each programme is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality and compliance standards.Key responsibilities:Overseeing approximately 5 10 live fire safety projectsManaging and supporting Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractorsMonitoring programmes, budgets, resources and project performanceEnsuring compliance with fire safety, building and health and safety regulationsReviewing project documentation, RAMS and quality recordsMaintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersLeading progress meetings and providing regular performance reportsIdentifying and resolving operational or commercial risksEnsuring works meet contractual and quality requirementsSupporting project handovers and final account completionThe successful candidate will require:Senior project management experience within passive fire or fire safety worksExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping and compartmentationSocial housing and occupied-property ..... full job details .....
