Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in office fit out, commercial refurbishment or workplace projects? We''re recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading facilities management and building services provider, delivering high-quality office fit out projects across Hampshire and the South East.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead projects from initial planning through to completion, managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors and client relationships while ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Role
 
As the Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the delivery of commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects from inception through to handover.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and commercial performance to maximise profitability.
• Identify, manage and mitigate technical, commercial and Health & Safety risks.
• Develop project financial plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and positive cash flow.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, contractual obligations and Health & Safety legislation.
• Collaborate with operational teams to support the successful delivery of multiple projects.
• Contribute to business development by supporting client meetings, presentations and project solutions where required.

About You
 
To be successful as the Senior Project Manager, you''ll have:

• Proven experience delivering commercial office fit out or workplace refurbishment projects.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• A good understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and security installations.
• Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
