Senior Project Manager

We re working with a forward-thinking property and construction consultancy, looking for an experienced Senior or Associate Director level Project Manager to join their Leicester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in delivering high-quality projects, mentoring colleagues, and shaping the growth of a respected consultancy. What You ll Do Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and to a high standard Serve as the primary client contact, building long-term relationships Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and reporting at every project stage Coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams and monitor contractor performance Support business development initiatives and contribute to team growth What We re Looking For Proven consultancy-side project management experience, ideally with industrial, logistical or manufacturing projects however, other sectors will still be considered.
